All of this is so true.

So many times I say things that I later think about and then regret. But, for the most part Im only being myself and saying things for shock value which is being ME.

Now if I could only get into the habit of telling people off when the urge hits I would be a much happier person.

Live while you still can. Soon enough your life will revolve around making sure dinner is ready for your family, making sure your child gets to school on time and many other mindless acts you will have to perform everyday to make life somewhat manageble. Then in about ten years you'll look back on your life and wish you would have taken the time to do things you really wanted to do for your self.

What makes you so sure that knowing things makes u depressed? Depression relates directly to a person and how they can cope with certain situations and past experiences. Stupid doesnt always mean happy, neither does genius mean unhappy. So does that make and average person feel average all the time? and every time there happy there stupid and everytime there smart there unhappy?  You cant define happiness,  the only happiness you can define is your own

Thinking about the unknowen doesnt make me depressed, its my crappy mental strength and previous experiences that does. They say ignorance is bliss,  but id rather know the truth and be unhappy then to live unknowingly. Even so, deep thought, doesnt mean bad, it can actually be good for the soul. Sometimes its good to question yourself, and how you got here, and where you could possiblly be going.

Your life rings a little like my did, but at your age I didn't have half the intelligence or the luck to find a good guy to stand at my side. Don't worry I think you will do well.

I grew up in poverty. I am the only one in my family who made it into college. I paid for my whole tuition myself, plus my apartment, clothes, everything. So, even as a white person I did not have any free lunch. This alone gives me the right to curse any lazy ass out there, plus the illegal monkeys as well.

Today thank god I make a good income, still not in the 6-figure range yet but alreay past 5 figure. Still I can buy and sell all of my siblings. Again, no free lunch there either. At age 20 I was delivering pizzas during weekdays and washing dishes in a kitchen during weekends. I did my education at night, and I didn't take a vacation in years.

My point is: No excuses, everyone can make it in this country, or any country. All you need to do is to have the balls (or ovaries) well placed.
